High performance diaphragm valve with 1" threaded ports connection. Good quality diaphragm for improved durability . 90° outlet angle relative to the inlet, making it suitable and conveniently for compact installations with the bag house dust collectors.

Installation
1. Prepare supply and blow tube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing
valves underneath the tank.
2. Ensure tank and pipes avoid dirt, rust or other particulate.
3. Make sure air source is clean and dry.
4, When mount valves to inlet pipes and outlet to the bag house, ensuring no excess thread
sealant can enter the valve itself. Keep clear in the valve and pipe.
5. Make electrical connections from solenoid to the controller or connect RCA pilot port to pilot valve
6. Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
RCA-25T CA series 1 inch remote control dust collector diaphragm valve
Can be used as a remote pilot valve or converted to an integral pilot valve using RCA3D2 pilot valve
Primarily used in dust collectors, bag houses, and dedusting systems. Suitable for pulse jet cleaning in filtration systems (bag filters, cartridges, ceramic tubes)

Good quality imported diaphragm shall be selected and used for all the valves, with each part checked in each manufacturing procedure, and put into the assembly line conforming to all the procedures. Every finished valve shall be taken blowing test.

Temperature Range: -20 – 120°C ( Nitrile material diaphragm and seal), -29°C – 232°C (Viton material diaphragm and seal), also we have diaphragm rubber suit for -40°C temperature, please inform us the diaphragm you need please.
